    Delivery options are available at checkout.

    UK mainland, standard delivery (1-2 working days): £5.95

    Next working day delivery (orders placed before 3 PM): £6.50

  • + DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    We do not ship internationally at the moment.

  • + MY ORDER IS A GIFT; WILL ANYTHING BE SENT OUT WITH THE PRICE ON IT?

    We do not send anything with the price of your purchase as we are paperless. However, we advise you to comment in the additional notes section if you want discreet packaging.

  • + I’VE GOT A PROMOTIONAL CODE; WHERE CAN I APPLY THIS?

    You can apply the discount code on your order summary when you check out.

  • + I’VE NOTICED A TYPO IN MY EMAIL ADDRESS. CAN THIS BE AMENDED?

    We can amend the typo so a confirmation email can be resent to the correct email. So all you need to do is email sales@sixtownsgin.co.uk, and we can correct the mistake.

  • + I’VE INPUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS; CAN THIS BE AMENDED?

    We can amend the shipping address. You only need to email sales@sixtownsgin.co.uk, and we can correct the shipping address.

  • + I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY TRACKING INFORMATION; WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

    You need to contact sales@sixtownsgin.co.uk, and we will be able to answer any queries regarding tracking information.

  • + DO YOU HAVE E-GIFT VOUCHERS?

    We supply e-gift vouchers for our distillery tour. They are £25 per card. The total amount must be redeemed when making the booking.

  • + WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

    You are entitled to a 14-day “cooling off” period. Therefore, you may request a refund at any point within 14 days of receiving your order and have a further 14 days to send your order back to us in original condition & packaging. If you change your mind or have received a defective product, please contact us at info@brosdistillery.co.uk, and we will process a full refund.

Distillery Tours

  • + CAN I BUY A DISTILLERY TOUR & TASTING EXPERIENCE GIFT VOUCHER?

    Yes, if you head to our website and choose the tab - ‘‘shop all’’, you will find our distillery tour vouchers there.

  • + WHEN CAN I ATTEND A DISTILLERY TOUR & TASTING EXPERIENCE?

    Distillery tours will run on Saturdays and Sundays in three separate sessions 12 PM, 1:30 PM and 3 PM.

  • + WHERE DO I GO?

    If you head to the world of Wedgewood carpark, our distillery is at the back of the main courtyard next to the Fiskars Brand store.

  • + WHERE CAN I PARK?

    You can park in the World of Wedgewood carpark; it is free.

  • + HOW MANY PLACES ARE AVAILABLE?

    There are 15 spaces on each distillery tour.

  • + HOW LONG IS THE EXPERIENCE?

    The distillery tour will last one hour and fifteen minutes.

  • + DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS AT THE DISTILLERY?

    We do and do not have any steps in the distillery, and the path from the carpark is flat.

  • + CAN I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?

    You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 48hrs before your arrival. You will need to contact Reservations@sixtowns.co.uk to enquire.

  • + IS IT POSSIBLE TO ARRANGE A PRIVATE DISTILLERY TOUR & TASTING EXPERIENCE?

    You can arrange a private tour & tasting. However, you must email reservations@sixtownsgin.co.uk with your request about how many people you are considering bringing.
