SIXTOWNS Distillery & Bar is more than just a bar - we are an experience. From premium bar service across multiple venues to distillery tours, gin schools, and exclusive events, we craft unforgettable moments for every guest.

We’re now looking for a driven, experienced, and passionate Assistant Manager to help lead our team and uphold the high standards we’re known for.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key part in the daily operations of SIXTOWNS Distillery & Bar - ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and a well-supported team. You’ll work closely with the Leadership Team and be involved in all aspects of the business, including:

• Driving Licence
• Assistant Manager Experience
• Cocktail Experience
