Here at SIXTOWNS, we’re currently looking for a Tour Guide and Host to meet and greet customers as they enter our Bar & Distillery, based at the World of Wedgwood, with a smile and ensure every single person that walks through the door receives a first-class experience.

You will lead guided tours of our distillery, introducing guests to the fascinating history behind gin, our SIXTOWNS story and showing them around our working distillery where we produce our delicious craft spirits. We are also launching a brand new experience for our customers where you will teach them how to make their very own spirit to take home with them! We will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver the tour and spirit academy and you will bring the charisma, energy and sense of humour required to deliver an engaging and stand out experience.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, upbeat, energetic and have excellent people skills allowing them to naturally engage with visitors. An active person who doesn’t mind being on their feet and has a real knack for telling stories with the perfect mix of detail and humour.

Please note: this role requires working both Saturdays & Sundays.
