Easy Entry Points
Our main entrance and distillery doors are fitted with double-width access, making arrival simple for wheelchair users, mobility aids, or prams. The main customer areas have no tight corners or awkward transitions.

Step-Free Access Across Our Bar & Distillery Experiences
Our bar and distillery are located on the ground floor with step-free access throughout. Whether you’re joining us for a drink or a tour & tasting , you’ll be able to move through the space with ease and comfort.

Flexible Seating During Experiences
Distillery tours and experiences typically last around 30-40 minutes — and we understand standing that long isn’t for everyone. Fold-out and movable chairs are always available on request. Just let a member of the team know and we’ll make sure you’re comfortable from start to finish.

Private Tours for Personalised Accessibility
If you or a guest would feel more comfortable with a quieter, one-on-one experience, we’re happy to arrange private distillery tours. These allow for a slower pace, seated moments, and dedicated guidance from our expert team — without the distractions of a larger group.
Just let us know your preferences when booking and we’ll take care of the rest.

Accessible Toilets
Our fully accessible, ground-floor toilets are designed with comfort and independence in mind.
- Lowered sink and hand towel dispenser for easy reach
- Fold-down side handrails for stability and support
- Wide door access and a spacious layout for wheelchair users
- Clear signage and easy access from both the bar and distillery areas
Dog-Friendly (With One Small Exception)
Dogs are more than welcome in our bar area, and we’re always happy to provide water bowls and a comfy spot for them to relax. However, due to hygiene and safety regulations, we’re unable to allow dogs inside the working distillery space during tours.
If you’re booked onto a distillery experience, we kindly ask that you bring an extra person along to stay with your dog in the bar while you enjoy the tour. Our team will be on hand to help make them feel just as welcome.
