Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.
1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
You must be 18 years of age or over to use this website, purchase alcohol, or take part in any experience or event offered by SIXTOWNS by Bros Distillery.
We do not sell alcohol to persons under 18. Any attempt to purchase alcohol or book alcohol-related experiences while under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny entry to any person who cannot provide valid proof of age when requested.
2. Alcohol Sales and Age Verification
All alcohol purchases are subject to age verification checks. We use VerifyMyAge to carry out online age verification.

If age verification cannot be successfully completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order or refuse delivery. Delivery charges will not be refunded in cases of failed age verification or refused delivery.

5. Experiences, Tours and Events
This section applies to Distillery Tours, Spirit Academy Experiences, Cocktail Masterclasses and Paid Bar Events.
Experience bookings are sold for specific dates and times and are not subject to standard consumer product return rights.
Cancellations, refunds and rebooking of experiences are governed strictly by our Refund Policy, including applicable rebooking fees and refund eligibility.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation to any guest who arrives late, appears intoxicated, cannot provide valid photo ID, or breaches venue rules or licensing conditions. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, service or experience at any time without liability.
