Refund Policy

Physical Products

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Experiences, Tours and Events

This section applies to Distillery Tours, Spirit Academy Experiences, Cocktail Masterclasses and Paid Bar Events.

Distillery Tours - If you need to change or cancel your booking, a £10 rebooking fee will apply once the booking has been made.

Spirit Academy Experiences - If you need to change or cancel your booking, a £25 rebooking fee will apply once the booking has been made.

Cocktail Masterclasses- If you need to change or cancel your booking, a £25 rebooking fee will apply once the booking has been made.

Paid Bar Event Tickets

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event date are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

All experience bookings are subject to availability when rebooking. Rebooking fees must be paid before a new date can be confirmed.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This cooling-off period does not apply to experience bookings scheduled for a specific date or time.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
