By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over.

Age verification may include:
-An automatic online check through VerifyMyAge at checkout or after purchase
Additional checks before dispatch, if required

If VerifyMyAge is unable to confirm your age, we may contact you to request further information before your order can be dispatched.

If age verification cannot be successfully completed, the order may be cancelled or returned, and delivery charges may not be refunded.

Distillery Tours
If you need to change or cancel your booking, a £10 rebooking fee per person will apply once the booking has been made.

Cocktail Masterclass Experiences

Spirit Academy Experiences
If you need to change or cancel your booking, a £25 rebooking fee per person will apply once the booking has been made.

Paid Bar Event Tickets
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

All guests must be 18 years or over to attend any SIXTOWNS experience or event where alcohol is served or sampled.

Will I need to provide ID?

Accepted forms of ID include:
- Passport
- UK driving licence

Guests who cannot provide valid ID when requested will not be permitted to participate, and no refund will be issued.

Late arrivals can join the experience in progress where possible.

Excluding Spirit Academy sessions, where it is crucial to be available from the beginning of the session.
