All vouchers and offers, unless otherwise stated, are intended for single use only.

Only one voucher or offer to be used per transaction.

Vouchers and offers are not to be used in conjunction with one another.

You are entitled to a 14-day “cooling off” period. Therefore, you may request a refund at any point within 14 days of receiving your order and have a further 14 days to send your order back to us in original condition & packaging. If you change your mind or have received a defective product, please get in touch with us at info@brosdistillery.co.uk, and we will process a full refund.

Note: The item you purchased must be shipped back to us if you wish to obtain a refund.
